Construction prices for villas can't be given without knowing your requirements. They will vary significantly depending on design and plot.

"A" + "B" + "D" = prime hilltop plots still available
Facing west to ocean and sunset, you can get a plot with stunning views - perfect for your villa with pool and tropical garden.
Plots A and B stretch down half the height of the hill, and plot C begins at their lowest point, spanning the full width of A and B . Nevertheless, from the building areas of A and B you won't see any construction / house / villa since the future owners of plot C will be obliged to follow building limitations in writing (notarized contract). This guarantees you unobstructed view and privacy for all times.
Should plot C still be available, you could buy plot B and purchase half of plot C in addition so that your total land stretches out way down to almost street level.
Plot D stretches down the complete hill.

Plot B offers the best views
Plot A is almost as spectacular as Plot B
Plot D, located between two villas, comes with the most attractive rock formations, huge trees, and a property width of approx 35 m.

"C" = one large mid-hill plot with private access road
Situated at half the elevation of the hill, you still enjoy quite a far view and the sunsets, undisturbed by neighbours. This huge land (80 m long) comes will a private road and a small price tag.
To guarantee an uninterrupted view for the above neighbours, one has to commit oneself to only build houses with flat roofs that are covered with soil and plants or a pond.

"E" + "F" = small hilltop plots for little money
Facing east, two small plots would allow you to become part of this exclusive neighbourhood for an unexpectedly low price. These plots might also be interesting if you should consider building a huge villa on the west side and need space for guest houses or staff quarters.

Our "obsession" with privacy and view
As you can see, all existing villas are built close to the private ridge road.
Reason: every villa on Cinnamon Heights Estate shall forever (!) enjoy an uninterrupted, unobstructed view and perfect privacy.
Notarized building code
No member of the Cinnamon Heights community is allowed to erect buildings that block the view of neighbours and ruin the privacy of their living. Notarized contracts ensure this concept.
Forever invisible neighbours at the foot of the hill
Outside the boundaries of Cinnamon Heights Estate, there are a few neighbour houses on the 10 - 15 m stretch between the almost zero traffic tar road on the west side of the hill. You can't see them from any of the plots! Even if anytime in the future these neighbour would build houses with two or three floors, they'd be invisible for us.
No construction anywhere nearby, ever
Farther away on the flat tea land to the west, there will be no annoying construction for one simple reason: the neighbouring river (Gin Ganga) rises twice a year to a level that most of the land down there is one feet or two under water for two or three days. This harms the houses down there (wet walls, muddy smell). Nobody likes to live, let alone build, under such conditions.
For these reasons, any villa owner on Cinnamon Heights Estate will enjoy unobstructed view forever.
