Plots A and B stretch down half the height of the hill, and plot C begins at their lowest point, spanning the full width of A and B . Nevertheless, from the building areas of A and B you won't see any construction / house / villa since the future owners of plot C will be obliged to follow building limitations in writing (notarized contract). This guarantees you unobstructed view and privacy for all times.
Should plot C still be available, you could buy plot B and purchase half of plot C in addition so that your total land stretches out way down to almost street level.

No member of the Cinnamon Heights community is allowed to erect buildings that block the view of neighbours and ruin the privacy of their living. Notarized contracts ensure this concept.
Forever invisible neighbours at the foot of the hill
Outside the boundaries of Cinnamon Heights Estate, there are a few neighbour houses on the 10 - 15 m stretch between the almost zero traffic tar road on the west side of the hill. You can't see them from any of the plots! Even if anytime in the future these neighbour would build houses with two or three floors, they'd be invisible for us.
No construction anywhere nearby, ever
Farther away on the flat tea land to the west, there will be no annoying construction for one simple reason: the neighbouring river (Gin Ganga) rises twice a year to a level that most of the land down there is one feet or two under water for two or three days. This harms the houses down there (wet walls, muddy smell). Nobody likes to live, let alone build, under such conditions.
For these reasons, any villa owner on Cinnamon Heights Estate will enjoy unobstructed view forever.
