The "architect" already lives on the hill
Achim Schwarze, a gentleman from Germany who has live almost 20 years in Sri Lanka, has designed and built seven houses in Sri Lanka, from first sketch to detailed drawing to supervising the building process.
All houses on the Cinnamon Height hill have been his brainchilds. In the latest, most sophisticated and luxurious one, he lives with his wife. You'll meet him (them) and get a tour through this villa.
Of course you are free to hire whomever to build you house!
