General services (mandatory)

• Security service
• Maintenance
• Waste disposal

For these basic services and the maintenance of the infrastructure of the estate all owners pay a monthly fee.

Optional services

• Gardening
• Pool cleaning
• House cleaning
• Providing a rental car
• Drivers
• Kitchen help
• Shopping (according to your list)
• House rental (with cleaning before guest comes and after guest has left)

These services are individually billed. All can be done - but you only pay for the services you use.
